Lumber Crew Terms

This is the whole agreement, in the same words we would use in the shop. Read it before you check the box on the application.

The deal at a glance

Conversion action: A Berg Bat order that is paid and shipped carrying your code.
Attribution: Your personal discount code, entered at checkout.
Customer offer: 10 percent off.
Your reward: 10 percent of the product subtotal, earned as bat credit.
Payout form: Credit toward your next bat, never cash.

The Lumber Crew is invitation first. Berg Bat decides who gets asked, who gets approved, and can say no without giving a reason.
This is not a job. You are not an employee, a partner, or an agent, you cannot sign anything on our behalf, and you cannot speak for Berg Bat.
You have to be 18 and up to carry a code.

Your code gives customers 10 percent off.
You earn 10 percent of the product subtotal of every qualified order as credit toward your next bat.
Credit posts once the order is paid and shipped, not when it is placed.
Credit has no cash value. It cannot be transferred, sold, or combined with other offers.

A qualified sale is somebody else's order, placed through your code, that gets paid and shipped.
Orders you place through your own code do not count, and neither do orders from your household.
Refunded or canceled orders do not count. Credit already posted for one comes back off.

Only honest claims. If the bat cannot do it, do not say it does.
Say you are a Berg Bat ambassador on posts where you promote us. The FTC requires it and we hold you to it.
No spam, no coupon sites, and no deal sites.
No paid ads on the Berg Bat name, our models, or anything close enough to be mistaken for us.
Content you share has to be yours. Do not post somebody else's photos, video, or music as your own.
Berg Bat may repost content you tag us in, with credit to you.

3 or more qualified sales every 90 days keeps your spot.
Either side can end this at any time. You can walk away without owing us anything.
Credit you already earned stays honored. Your code stops working the day membership ends.

Berg Bat can update this program and these terms. When that happens we tell you, we do not quietly rewrite the page.
